After getting the cruel PM's from Ugly Betty, and suspecting that Betty might actually be Sue Witkin (because the writing style was very similar), I looked at Sue Witkin's MySpace page, and sure enough, Sue was praising Ugly Betty on her page, and had added her as a friend. That was the beginning of a horrific cyberbullying campaign, led by Sue Witkin (primarily on her MySpace page), from February to May of this year, that involved attacks on my children (pornographic images with my daughter's face applied to them, calling my son a racist) and my husband (labeling vulgar images with his name), photocropped images of Josh Groban flipping me the bird and telling me to "F--K Off", photocropped images of Joshua Bell using vulgar images, taunting me about the death of a relative, posting my boss's photo and address of my place of employment, and threats against me using photos of Josh holding a gun. Other fans who hated me joined Sue's page and posted in her comment area. For example, here are some posts by Assclown, who I later learned was Neener, who runs the GrobanPhotoVault website, part of the "GNN Network", which WB promotes on Josh's official message board (by thumbtacking their thread):

Cyberbullying Records Page

Rene Davis (Nay) and others repeatedly taunted me with this phrase: "Josh f**king Hates You", used "f**king" as Josh's middle name, and Sue and her friends claimed over and over again that Josh was on their side and laughing about and supporting everything they did to me. Nay, Cheekymonkie, Journey, and Sue Witkin (who, if you forget, is a friend of Lynne Malone of Josh's management team, NOT a Josh fan) all threatened to contact my boss and send stuff to various people at my place of employment, if I didn't shut this forum down. In April, someone in their group carried thru with that threat, sending emails to my boss and others at the university where I taught, and also filing "Fraud, Waste, and Abuse" complaints at the university hotline.

Several other Pub members were also attacked and maligned on Sue's page, using manipulated photos and cruel words. I was repeatedly labeled as mentally ill, a stalker, and falsely acused of harrassing other fans in emails or PM's or at this website. I was threatened with being ruined financially, thru lawsuits, and several phone calls were made to our home, supposedly from law firms. Not only did multiple MySpace pages taunt me and other Pub members daily, but two other websites were put up to harrass and attack me and the Pub. I repeatedly asked for help from Josh's Dad via email, since he had kindly answered many of my emails to him in the past. I also contacted Brian Avnet. I never heard back from anyone and the attacks continued. In May, Sue Witkin posted direct QUOTES from my emails to Jack and Avnet management and she also posted photos of her and Lynne Malone together at the TOP of her MySpace page that was devoted to bullying me. After those things occurred, which indicated that Avnet Management was supporting the cyberbullying being done to me, I posted a message to Josh's fans on his official message boards, giving them the link to a page showing the photos and other horrible things, and stating that Lynne Malone was supporting cyberbullying of one of Josh's fans (me). That same day I received an email from Lynne stating that she did not support cyberbullying and would try to HELP stop it. Later that day, all the bullying MySpace pages went private and the other websites were also shut down. I was happy about this email and at that time thought everything was over. But Rene Davis kept on saying that Josh Groban had NOT asked that any bullying to be stopped and in fact he supported her and the other bullies. She apparently was promised by Josh's management that something was going to be "done" about me and the Pub. On July 2nd, Rene posted a "Goodbye Post" on Josh's official message board, stating that she was shutting down her media site because of "relentless harrassment" by ME (an outrageous LIE, since it was HER and her gang of thugs who had cyberbullied ME for  months) and because she was promised in May that something was going to be done about me and six weeks had gone by and no action had been taken. I assume that meant that Josh had refused to send me a letter asking me to shut down this place. WB thumbtacked Nay's thread to the top of the forum, letting thousands of Josh fans read her lies about me, and since they had no idea who I was or what she had done, they started a petition for her site to be brought back up. I attempted to post in the thread to defend myself, and other fans who knew the truth also attempted to post in the thread, but the mod of the board (an employee of WB) DELETED all posts telling my side of the story, and left all other posts there. That thread eventually got over 35,000 views. This essentially incited a angry mob against me and I assume Josh's management and record company were flooded with emails demanding that they "help" Nay and get her to put her site back up. On July 7th, the same day that Nay brought her site down, Josh's lawyer wrote me a letter, which stated that "as a result of" the complaints of "other fans", Josh was asking me to retire my site. I received that letter on July 11th. Anyone with a brain in their head can see that Josh was coerced into sending me that letter, to satisfy the demands of thousands of fans who had lost their resource for Josh media (Nay's site), and also due to constant complaints (the HATE) of a small group of fans who have tried to destroy me for years (just because I stood up to them and didn't let them run me off, like they did SO many other fans!) After I got that letter, I took Josh's name off this forum and attempted to run it as a general discussion forum, but that was not good enough for my enemies. Nay and others continued taunting me in blogs and at the tops of their MySpace pages, telling me that Josh hated me and that's why he sent me the letter. Nay alone put up over ten blogs at her MySpace page slamming me, and right now entire web blog sites are devoted to attacking everything I say and do. Nay was asked by Josh's management to bring her site back up, and she DID do that. Many new members even signed up here, to taunt me about "not complying with the letter", until I had to stop them from posting and close new member registrations here. Josh posted a video blog just 4 days after I got the letter, in which he asked his fans to be nice to each other, but Nay and Journey and the other bullies have IGNORED his wishes and continued harrassing me to this day. For example, in a comment recently on NAY'S main page of her MySpace, one of her friends stated that she was going to spam 150 Josh fans and send them the links to all the blog sites that continue to harrass me. The bullies running those blogs have even posted things I wrote in a private forum, that I never intended to be made public. Apparently WB and Josh's management continue to support the cyberbullies and have not told Nay or anyone else to leave me alone. I suppose they will not be satisfied until they completely destroy me and my forum.

Now, the main question that is unanswered is this: would Josh's lawyer have sent me that letter IF Nay didn't shut her site down and post that "Goodbye post" on his board, inciting a riot and a petition by his fans? Did Josh ever really want the Pub to go away? My enemies claim that Josh would have sent me that letter anyway, but if that is true, why did he not send that to me back in May, right after Nay was promised that the letter was coming? I don't believe I would have gotten that letter if Nay hadn't pulled that hateful stunt. I believe that many people around Josh wanted that letter sent: his record company (because I have been outspoken in my criticism of them here), his management (because I have had several "run-ins" with Lynne Malone and I exposed her identity when she posted in this forum last summer), maybe even some people in his own family, and several prominent fans who work for Josh's charity and who hate my guts. Yep, all THOSE people want this place to go away. And so I ask everyone to put themselves in Josh's place on July 7th: thousands of fans screaming about Nay's site being down, his record company and so many other people around him telling him that "bad Louise' must be dealt with...what's the poor guy going to do? Give the OK to send the damn letter of course!

So that was the situation then, but what about NOW? It has now become obvious that no matter WHAT I do in this forum, no matter WHAT I call it, I will continue to be attacked in blogs or other places. And guess what? Nay's site is UP and those thousands of fans are HAPPY now. I'm sure WB and Lynne and Nay and the board police all still hate me and want this forum to go away, but sorry, I don't listen to those people. I only want to do what JOSH wants. So thinking about all that, I decided to go back to running the Josh Groban Corner Pub. If Nay can have her site up, and all the fans are happy, then there is no reason I can't have this place TOO. I'm not doing anything wrong here, and there is no reason that I can't run a forum or website like any other fan. 

IF the bullies are right and Josh would have sent me the letter regardless of what Nay did, then even though her site is now up, he is now very upset with me, Josh can send me a personal letter now and let me know that HE does want this place to go away. I am not going to listen to anyone else except Josh. Not lawyers, not WB, not Brian Avnet, not Nay or Sue or Journey... even if President Bush sends me a letter asking me to "retire this site" because he doesn't like it or because "other fans" complained, I would NOT take it down. Josh's name is at the top, not anyone else's name. So he can let me know what HE wants in a letter signed by him. I know his time is very valuable, but if he is THAT upset about this place existing (as people claim), then he can take a few minutes to write a short note to me and tell me what he wants. If I don't hear from him, then I will assume he either doesn't care or he likes this place. I'm not doing anything wrong in this forum and there is absolutely nothing here hurting Josh Groban or anyone else. Complaining about companies or people who post public messages on the internet is NOT illegal and the vast majority of posts in this forum are kind or informative or just goofy. And if anyone wants to drag me into court about any of this mess, I will gladly go and bring all my files to show the judge.   

At least five websites or MySpace pages now exist for the sole purpose of responding to and attacking me and things posted in this forum. Others continue to taunt me with phrases at the top of their personal MySpace pages. The absolute cruelty of some of the comments is breathtaking and numbing. I have never seen such heartless people in my entire life. And to think these people claim to support one of the nicest people on the planet, Josh Groban, is, to me, one of the saddest things I have ever experienced.

I now consider this situation over and will try not to respond to hateful people. Until I hear from Josh, I am going to carry on, supporting him and running this forum for him and his fans. I'm going to be optimistic and believe he's OK with this place, until I know for sure otherwise. And even if he doesn't like me, because of something I said in the past, maybe someday he will forgive and forget. I know he might think I am as nutty as a fruitcake, and maybe he wishes that a "normal" person was running this place for him, but I am who I am. I can't be anybody else.

A final note: This is my story and I have tried to make it as accurate, complete, and as honest as possible. If something is not exactly accurate (such as a date being a day or two off), it is certainly not intentional. I have used my records and posts in this forum to doublecheck everything as much as possible. If anyone out there, who has followed these events, feels that there is anything inaccurate in any of my chapters here, please contact me and let me know.

I send a huge thank you to all of the people who have supported me or encouraged me in any way over the last few years. I will be forever grateful. This forum would not still exist without your kind words. I would have been gone long ago.
