Chapter 17

I had posted chapter 16 on October 17th, 2008, and at that point I thought there was nothing more that they could do to me. I was wrong. Somebody at WB wasn't satisfied with what they had done... they had to come after me more. It's mindboggling... so disturbing... to think someone, this group of people, are so obsessed with hurting me. And to this day I do not know why.

Here is NEW information that came to light after I had written chapter 16. The following just provides more proof as to the reasons that Josh sent me that letter in July:

Nay's "goodbye post" on Josh's official message board on July 2, 2008 was essentially a blackmail threat (in my opinion), which demanded that either Josh "deal with me" by sending me a letter, or she was going to "punish" him and all his fans by packing up her Josh site and going away. Just 5 days later, on July 7th, after Nay's post full of lies about me had created a MOB OF HATE against me and even petitions demanding his management do something, Josh's lawyer drafted that letter to me, asking me to "retire my fansite", due to "other fans' complaints".

Now here is the NEW and interesting information, courtesy of Crab Cakes:

On July 2nd, the same day Nay posted her goodbye post, which included a statement of her frustration over Josh's management not delivering on their "promise" in May to do something about me, SUE WITKIN, friend of Lynne Malone of Avnet Management, posted this on Crab Cakes' MySpace page:

He has no balls and she is nuts. This really sucks.
Hope someone grows a pair and I hope the other one gets locked up.

Yep, that's right... it appears that Josh was being put under pressure by Sue, a friend of his management team, as well as Nay (and I suspect other board police fans) and thousands of angry fans who knew nothing about me, to send me that letter. How DARE Sue and Nay do and say such disrespectful things to (and about) Josh! How horrible....to claim that he has "no balls" because he refused, for 6 weeks, to be CRUEL to me with a letter.

Then on July 10th, one day BEFORE I got that letter from Josh's lawyer on the doorstep of my house, SUE WITKIN posted this on Crab Cakes' page:

The calm before the storm. I hope to see a mushroom cloud over Wylie real soon. Karma, what a bitch. I think Nay will be back up and running by Monday. Good feeling in my bones.

Yep, that's right folks, Sue Witkin KNEW I was getting that letter from Josh. (I live in Wylie.) He did what they wanted-- to get nay to put her site back up. And Sue's post on the 10th SHOWS that the letter was directly due to NAY'S website being taken down. Does anyone in their right mind believe that Josh would have sent me that letter, if Sue and Nay and their gang HADN'T done all what they did to me this year? If Nay HADN'T brought her site down?

After being completely devastated by that letter, Nay and Sue and their friends continually gloated over their "accomplishment" and of course Nay NEVER really intended to keep her website down. On August 14th, Nay posted this on Crab Cakes website: 

ROFL....Yep, I'm thinking a "Josh Groban Pinned Me" tee shirt would rock even harder than an "I'm Honking Josh Groban" shirt...LOL! You'll be the first to know when the engagement is announced?! hahaha

Yes, Nay was very proud of having her despicable lying goodbye post pinned at the top of Josh's message board by her friends at WB Records... very proud of getting Josh to hurt me.... and very proud of all her disgusting actions dragging his name thru the mud and saying disresepctful things about him such as "I'm Honking Josh Groban", and over and over referring to him as "Josh F**king Groban".

You know, Josh may hate me because I am a loud mouth and a complainer, but I never did anything to disrespect him like his OWN people have, and like fans who are on the board of directors of his charity have... (fail)
